Vendor Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to our festival! These Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement") govern your participation as a vendor at our festival. By submitting your registration form and participating as a vendor, you agree to comply with these terms.

2. Vendor Eligibility

To be eligible to participate as a vendor, you must:

• Provide complete and accurate information in the registration form.
• Have all necessary licenses and permits to operate your business.
• Comply with all relevant laws and regulations.

3. Vendor Fees

The following fees apply for participation as a vendor:

• Food vendor: 10,000 NOK
• Market vendor: 4,000 NOK
• Dessert tables and local drinks: 5,000 NOK
• Food retail vendors: 3,000 NOK

All fees must be paid in full by the deadline specified in your acceptance email. Failure to pay the fees on time may result in forfeiture of your vendor spot.

4. Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your participation, you must notify us in writing at least 30 days before the event. Refunds are not guaranteed and will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

5. Vendor Responsibilities

As a vendor, you are responsible for:

• Setting up and maintaining your booth in a safe and clean manner.
• Disposing of all waste properly.
• Ensuring that your products and services comply with all relevant laws and regulations.
• Providing high-quality customer service to festival attendees.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your privacy and complying with GDPR and Norway's data protection laws. By participating as a vendor, you agree to the following:

• Data Collection: We collect personal data, including your name, contact information, and business details, to process your registration and facilitate your participation in the festival.
• Data Usage: Your personal data will be used solely for the purpose of managing your participation in the festival. We will not share your data with third parties without your consent, except where required by law.
• Data Storage: Your personal data will be stored securely and only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected.
• Data Rights: You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You may also object to or restrict our processing of your data. To exercise these rights, please contact us at [Your Contact Email].
• Data Security: We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, loss, or destruction.

7. Intellectual Property

8. Liability

The festival organizers are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury that occurs as a result of your participation as a vendor. You agree to indemnify and hold the festival organizers harmless from any claims arising from your participation.

9. Amendments

We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you in writing.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Norway. Any disputes arising from this Agreement will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Norway.

11. Acceptance

By submitting your registration form and participating as a vendor, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
